Entry Passes

Meeting badges can only be issued to registered delegates. For security reasons, delegates are requested to wear their badges visibly throughout the entire meeting and during related events. Each delegate should also carry personal identification at all times.

Monday, 2 July - Welcome Reception

All Delegates are invited to a Welcome Reception at the Banquet Hall, Kensington Hotel on the eve of the meeting, Monday, 2 July at 18:30.

Tuesday, 3 July - Luncheon

All delegates are invited to a luncheon at the Sarangjae (Korean traditional reception house) on Tuesday, 3 July at 12:30.

Tuesday, 3 July – Dinner

At the conclusion of the first day of the meeting, all Delegates are invited to experience a traditional Korean cultural performance and a dinner at the SamcheongGak. Dress code is business casual.

Thursday, 5 July – DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) Tour - optional

Delegates staying in Seoul on Thursday are invited to participate in a tour of the demilitarized zone DMZ in Paju-si. Please indicate on your registration form if you have a plan to participate. The DMZ is a historical memorial for Korea and internationally and the inter-Korean summit talks took place there in April this year.
